Valueup offers target-oriented professional coaching, advice, training, online solutions and workshops as well as other events as offered at valueup.ch. With the commissioning, these general terms and conditions (GTC) are deemed to have been accepted by the client (hereinafter referred to as customer). Deviating terms and conditions of the customer do not apply. All side agreements require our written confirmation. valueup is entitled at any time to change or add to these general terms and conditions including all possible attachments with a reasonable period of notice.

Subject of performance

In the case of e-books, only the text content is owed in machine-readable form, but no printouts or other physical objects. The standard format is pdf. The Acrobat Reader required for reading can be obtained free of charge on the Internet.
The content obtained in online video courses can also only be obtained digitally.
The subject of the order within the scope of services is the agreed coaching or consulting activity specified in the contract.
Unless otherwise agreed, the contractor can use competent subcontractors to carry out the order, whereby he always remains directly obliged to the client.

registration

Registration is via the valueup.ch website. If the number of participants is limited, registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
By registering, the participant accepts the general terms and conditions. Booking confirmation and invoice will be sent by email.
Valueup.ch can reserve the right to exclude individual clients without stating the exact reasons.

Appointment organization

The time and place of individual appointments are mutually agreed between the coach and the customer. This can be done by email, telephone or using the calendar function on the website.

For events with several participants, the time and place will be determined by valueup.ch and accepted by the customer.

Agreed dates are binding. The customer undertakes to appear punctually at all agreed dates.

For organizational reasons, Valueup.ch reserves the right to adjust schedules or use substitutes. In the event that the contractor has to cancel or postpone an appointment for urgent reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible in order to offer an alternative appointment. Further claims, in particular claims for damages, do not exist.

In the event that the required number of participants for an event is not reached or an event has to be canceled for other reasons, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the participation fee already paid will be refunded. There are no further claims.

Prices and payment date

The fees published on the website are calculated for all offers. The prices include all documents according to the current product description on the website. The total price for a service is due when purchasing in the web shop. Valueup.ch only accepts the payment methods indicated to the customer during the ordering process. The purchase price in the online shop is due immediately after the conclusion of the contract and without any deductions. Later refunds are not possible.

Delivery times

The delivery of online ordered goods takes place immediately after completion of the order process. As a rule, the customer receives an email with a link to download the purchased products.

Deregistration and resignation

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email).

Individual coaching: Appointments can be postponed by email at info@valueup.ch up to 24 hours before the start of the appointment at no cost. The time of receipt of the email applies. After that, the appointment will be charged in full.

Workshops: Should you be forced to cancel your registration or postpone the date, you can withdraw free of charge up to four weeks before the start of the event. Thereafter, a free withdrawal is only possible if a replacement participant can be found, otherwise 40% of the seminar costs are due. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the entire participation fee will unfortunately have to be invoiced.

Valueup.ch undertakes to carefully perform all agreed services to the best of its knowledge and belief. There is no guarantee of success in providing the service in coaching or events / training. Liability is excluded.
By making an appointment or registering for events, training or online courses, the customer confirms that he is acting independently and that he is exempting the provider from all liability claims. The customer acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their physical and mental health and are responsible for any damage they may cause.
There is no liability for damage to property or health on arrival or during an event or while the services are being used.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel a contract concluded via this website within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of the withdrawal
